Darlis Lamb Sculptor
"I have taken the concept of still lifes as one would think of in a painting and transposed my ideas into bronze. I find that these subjects allow me to focus on beauty, form, and design in the most classic sense. Giving the series the title of "French Lessons" gives them continuity and a sense of context.
Lamb is represented by galleries across the United States, with many national and regional awards to her credit, including two Gold Medals of Honor and a Bronze Medal for works from this series. Her list of published references includes Who's Who in American Art, Who's Who of American Women and Who's Who in the West.
