ARTIST'S STATEMENT

Yu Tan
I tried to capture an instant of Yu Tan, a Thai lady, with lowered eyes and hands resting in her laps, to show the feminine shyness yet self content, quiet, and naturally radiant in the light, and a combined harmony.
